ALL Deposits are non-refundable and hold your spot for a retreat date.

If there is a cancealation you will be able to transfer that over to another date within one year prior.

A $25 deposit is required for Bear Lake this will hold your spot. Which I will send you a email to confirm I have held a spot for you.

A $50 deposit is required for B & B Retreat this will hold your spot. which I will send you a e-mail and confirm I have held a spot for you.

Remaining deposits are One Month prior to the date of the retreat.

BEAR LAKE: There are 2 scrappers to a 8ft table for your scrapping. (depending on numbers of scrapbookers). You may bring a small TV tray size table for extra table room. I want this to be fun and relaxing weekend for you.

Please let me know of any food allergies before going so I can make arrangements with the kitchen staff since meals are planned two weeks in advance of the retreat date. Which can subject to change at any time.

BEAR LAKE: Alcohol is not allowed. Smoking is in designated areas only. Also, please park in designated areas, do not drive on grass or blocked areas.

Personal checks, cash, Visa, & MasterCard, are accepted.

There is a $50 non-Refundable in case you choose to cancel.

However, there are circumstances that happen, we will reschedule your weekend or refund your money back to you unless the $50 is a non-refundable deposit.
